1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and CIRQENTA NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED governing your use of the Onren app and website. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Dispute Policy.
2. The service
Onren is an online social entertainment platform that enables private interactions such as live video, messaging and virtual gifts between adults. It is not a dating, marriage or matchmaking service, does not promise relationships or offline outcomes, and does not provide or facilitate any offline services. All interactions occur within the app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and meet any higher age threshold or eligibility requirements applicable in your country or region. Providing false information or attempting to register as a minor may result in suspension or termination.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Each account holds one primary role, which cannot be changed later, and only one device may hold an active session for an account at a time. You must notify us of unauthorized use. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared.
5. Roles
Onren supports distinct roles — general users, hosts, and guild leaders who manage groups of hosts — each with its own capabilities and eligibility rules. Roles are fixed when an account is created and cannot be switched later, and verification is required before certain activities are enabled.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Onren lawfully and respectfully, in line with our community standards, and to treat other members with courtesy.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not, among other things: use the service if underage; upload or share nudity or explicit sexual content; offer, solicit or facilitate prostitution or any sexual or transactional service; arrange or promote offline meet-ups; direct others to off-platform payments or to share contact details to bypass the platform; engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, impersonation or scams; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service; or exploit promotions and rewards through abuse.
8. Virtual items
Coins, gifts, entitlements and similar virtual items have no cash value, are licensed for use within the service only, are non-transferable outside the platform, and are subject to change and to applicable policies and store terms.
9. In-app purchases & subscriptions
Onren offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing memberships. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. Prices are displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase, and any applicable taxes are calculated and collected by your app store. Refer to our Refund & Dispute Policy.
10. Content & intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit and grant Onren a licence to host, display, moderate and distribute it to operate the service. The Onren name, logo, software and original materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. If you believe that content on Onren infringes your copyright, send us a description of the work and where it appears using the channels on our Contact page; we review valid notices and act on them.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not control the conduct of users and disclaim responsibility for unlawful or unauthorized conduct to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onren is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension & termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable rules, and may act to protect safety and integrity. You may request account closure in the app; certain consequences and records apply as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
